Policies

Simple pricing. No negotiation.

Everything you need to know before you commit — stated plainly, in advance.

Terms

How we work.

Deposit policy

50% of the applicable service price is required upfront as a deposit before work begins.

The remaining balance is handled according to the agreed project terms. After payment, you receive an invoice/receipt, and you receive project updates throughout the process.

Refund & revision policy

Payments are non-refundable.

If you dislike an aspect of your website or business card design, ARIYIS will work with you to make appropriate revisions or redesigns according to the agreed service.

Because printed materials are physical production items, replacement or reprinting may require the cards to be reordered and repurchased. If printed cards arrive damaged, or there is a genuine production or order issue attributable to the printing or shipping process, ARIYIS may review the situation and determine whether a replacement shipment is appropriate.

Payment methods

Accepted: Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash when discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Payment arrangements are confirmed during the consultation and project process. If online payment processing is added later, it will be integrated into this site directly.

Fixed pricing

Our listed prices are fixed and non-negotiable. We believe clear pricing creates a clearer client experience.

If your project requires something outside the listed services, discuss it with us during your consultation.

Consultation requirement

A consultation is required before ARIYIS begins creating or producing any service. This allows us to confirm the appropriate service, scope and specifications before work begins.

Full agreement

ARIYIS — Policies, Terms & Client Agreement

Effective date: 8/25/2026

Welcome to ARIYIS. By booking a consultation, purchasing a service, submitting payment, approving work, or otherwise engaging ARIYIS for services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review and understand the policies and terms outlined below.

These policies establish the expectations, responsibilities, payment requirements, service limitations, project procedures, and other terms applicable to services provided by ARIYIS.

1. Consultation requirement

A consultation is required before ARIYIS begins the creation, development, production, publication, or fulfillment of any service.

The consultation allows ARIYIS to:

Understand the client's business and objectives

Discuss the client's vision and preferences

Determine the appropriate service

Establish the scope of work

Identify required materials and information

Discuss applicable pricing

Establish project expectations

Determine whether ARIYIS is an appropriate fit for the project

Booking a consultation does not guarantee that ARIYIS will accept a project.

ARIYIS reserves the right to decline a project at its discretion, including projects that fall outside the company's capabilities, availability, reasonable scope, or policies.

2. Fixed pricing

ARIYIS operates using fixed pricing.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, advertised prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

If a client requests services, features, materials, revisions, quantities, specifications, or other work outside of the listed service or agreed scope, additional charges may apply.

Additional charges should be communicated to and approved by the client before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

3. Website building, design & publication

$1,250 one-time fee

The $1,250 fee covers the agreed website design, development, and publication services discussed during the required consultation.

The $1,250 fee is a one-time website design, development and publication fee. There is no monthly website charge.

The $1,250 fee does not automatically include:

Domain registration or management

Premium third-party software

Premium plugins

Paid integrations

Advertising

Social media management

Search engine optimization services

Stock photography or other licensed assets

Specialized features outside the agreed scope

Other third-party services or subscriptions

Any service outside the agreed scope may require an additional charge.

4. Website upkeep after launch

No monthly charge

ARIYIS does not charge a monthly website fee. The website is a one-time $1,250 fee.

Work included in the agreed project scope may cover, where applicable:

Website health checks at delivery

Basic security configuration

Applicable website updates within the agreed scope

Basic troubleshooting related to the delivered work

Work requested after delivery that falls outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

ARIYIS does not guarantee that a website will never experience:

Hacking

Malware

Downtime

Data loss

Server failure

Third-party outages

Security vulnerabilities

Browser incompatibilities

Hosting interruptions

Other technical issues

ARIYIS will take reasonable measures within the agreed scope to maintain the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete protection against every possible security threat.

5. Domain purchase, supply, connection & management

$100 per year

If the client wants ARIYIS to purchase and supply their custom domain and connect it to their website, an additional $100 annual domain service fee applies.

The domain service may include:

Domain registration

Domain purchase

Domain connection

DNS configuration

Domain management

Applicable domain privacy/protection features

Related setup necessary to connect the domain to the client's website

The $100 annual domain service is separate from the $1,250 one-time website design, development and publication fee.

Standard website pricing structure:

$1,250 — One-time website design, development & publication (no monthly fee)

+$100/year — Domain purchase, supply, connection & management, when requested

If the client already owns a domain through GoDaddy or another domain provider, ARIYIS may connect and configure the existing domain.

6. Domain renewals

When ARIYIS purchases and manages a client's domain, the annual domain service fee is $100 per year unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

The annual domain fee is separate from the one-time $1,250 website fee.

If the annual domain fee is not paid when due, ARIYIS may be unable to renew or maintain the domain.

The client acknowledges that domain expiration may result in:

Suspension

Expiration

Loss of the domain

Recovery fees

Transfer restrictions

Other consequences determined by the applicable registrar or registry

ARIYIS is not responsible for domain loss, expiration, suspension, or related consequences resulting from a client's failure to pay the applicable renewal fee or provide information reasonably required to maintain the domain.

7. Payment & deposit requirement

A deposit equal to 50% of the applicable project/service price is required before ARIYIS begins work.

The deposit reserves ARIYIS's time, labor, creative resources, technical resources, and project capacity.

The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms communicated during the consultation or stated on the applicable invoice.

ARIYIS is not required to begin work until the required deposit has been received.

ARIYIS may pause work or withhold delivery of completed work, files, websites, materials, or other deliverables until all amounts due have been paid.

8. Accepted payment methods

ARIYIS currently accepts:

Cash App

Zelle

Apple Pay

Cash, when arranged in advance

Payment instructions will be provided directly by ARIYIS.

Clients should retain their payment confirmation or receipt.

ARIYIS will provide an invoice or receipt documenting applicable payments and services.

9. No-refund policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by ARIYIS, payments are non-refundable.

This includes deposits and payments made toward:

Website design

Website development

Website maintenance

Domain services

Business card design

Business card printing

Shipping

Other services provided by ARIYIS

Because ARIYIS allocates time, labor, creative resources, technical resources, and project capacity upon receiving payment, a client's change of mind, failure to use a completed service, dissatisfaction with personal preferences, or decision to discontinue a project does not automatically create a right to a refund.

These policies apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Client dissatisfaction & revisions

ARIYIS wants clients to be satisfied with their completed work.

If a client does not like an aspect of a website, design, business card, or other creative deliverable, the client should communicate the concern to ARIYIS.

ARIYIS will make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope of work.

Revisions are intended to correct or adjust work according to the client's agreed vision and project requirements.

A revision does not mean that ARIYIS must completely restart a project or provide unlimited redesigns.

Requests that substantially change the original project direction, add new features, add new pages, require new concepts, or otherwise exceed the original scope may constitute additional work and may result in an additional charge.

11. Client approvals

When ARIYIS presents a design, website, business card, proof, mockup, copy, or other deliverable for approval, the client is responsible for carefully reviewing the material.

The client should verify:

Names and business names

Phone numbers, email addresses and website addresses

Social media handles

Prices and dates

Spelling and grammar

Logos, images and colors

Addresses and other business information

Once a client approves a design or proof for production, publication, or final delivery, ARIYIS may rely upon that approval.

ARIYIS is not responsible for errors that the client reviewed and approved.

12. Client-provided information & materials

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, business information, credentials, documents, and other materials necessary to complete their project.

The client represents that they have the legal right to provide and authorize ARIYIS to use materials supplied by the client.

ARIYIS is not responsible for infringement, unauthorized use, inaccuracies, or legal issues arising from materials supplied by the client.

13. Client account & third-party access

In order to perform certain services, including domain connection, DNS configuration, website publication, domain management, email configuration, domain proxy configuration, or other technical services, ARIYIS may require access to a client's third-party accounts.

These accounts may include:

GoDaddy

Domain registrars

DNS providers

Hosting providers

Website platforms

Email providers

Domain proxy services

Other third-party platforms

When such access is reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services, the client authorizes ARIYIS to access and use the relevant account solely for the purpose of completing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or managing the services requested by the client.

The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authority to provide ARIYIS with access to the account.

Where a third-party platform provides delegated access, collaborator access, or another secure access method, ARIYIS may request or use that method when reasonably available.

ARIYIS will not intentionally use client account access for purposes unrelated to the services being provided.

However, ARIYIS is not responsible for third-party restrictions, outages, security incidents outside of ARIYIS's control, unauthorized third-party activity, or losses caused by inaccurate information or the client's failure to maintain appropriate account security.

14. Website services

Website services may include design, development, configuration, publication, setup, and related services as agreed during the consultation.

Unless specifically included in writing, website services do not automatically include:

Domain registration

Premium third-party software

Paid plugins

Premium integrations

Stock photography licenses

Premium fonts

Specialized integrations

Advertising

Search engine ranking guarantees

Social media management

Ongoing content creation

Legal compliance services

Guaranteed cybersecurity protection

Third-party services may have their own terms, fees, limitations, outages, and policies.

15. Business card design

Business card design fees cover the design service selected by the client.

The Standard Business Card Design and Unique Specialized Business Card Design are different service levels and may involve different amounts of creative development and customization.

Design approval is required before printing.

Once a design has been approved for production, subsequent changes may require a new design charge and/or reprint.

16. Business card printing

Business card printing is a physical production service.

Printing costs depend on the quantity, paper, finish, corner style, and other specifications selected by the client.

The client is responsible for reviewing the final proof before production.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Printed products may have minor variations in:

Color

Paper texture

Ink appearance

Cutting and alignment

Finish and material appearance

These variations can occur as part of the physical printing process and do not automatically constitute a defect.

17. Damaged or incorrect printed materials

If business cards arrive genuinely damaged or there is a verified production error attributable to the printing or fulfillment process, the client should notify ARIYIS promptly and provide photographs and relevant information.

ARIYIS will review the situation. Where appropriate, ARIYIS may arrange for replacement or reshipment.

Replacement decisions are based on the circumstances of the issue and applicable production/printing policies.

A client's change of mind, dissatisfaction with a design they previously approved, or desire for a different design does not automatically qualify as a production defect.

Business cards that need to be redesigned because the client dislikes the approved design must generally be reordered and repurchased.

18. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

Production time and order quantity

Destination

Carrier operations

Weather and holidays

Transportation delays and carrier disruptions

Incorrect addresses

Other circumstances outside ARIYIS's reasonable control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ARIYIS cannot guarantee the carrier's delivery schedule.

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an incorrect address, failed delivery, return, reshipment, or other client-related issue requires additional shipping.

19. UPS tracking

Where applicable, ARIYIS may provide UPS tracking information through the Client Portal.

Tracking information is provided through the carrier and may change as the package moves through the carrier's network.

ARIYIS does not control the carrier's tracking system or guarantee the accuracy, frequency, or timing of tracking updates.

20. Project timelines

ARIYIS will provide estimated project timelines when reasonably possible.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed deadlines unless a specific deadline is expressly agreed to in writing.

Projects may be delayed by:

Client communication delays

Missing information or late approvals

Requested changes or additional work

Third-party services, domain issues or hosting issues

Printing delays or shipping delays

Technical issues

Circumstances beyond ARIYIS's reasonable control

ARIYIS is not responsible for delays caused by information, approvals, materials, or actions required from the client.

21. Client communication

ARIYIS values communication throughout the project.

Clients are expected to respond to reasonable requests for information, approvals, decisions, and materials.

If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, ARIYIS may pause the project until communication resumes.

Any resulting delay may affect the estimated completion timeline.

22. Project abandonment

If a client stops communicating, fails to provide required materials, repeatedly misses required approvals, or otherwise abandons a project, ARIYIS may place the project on hold or close the project.

Payments already made are not automatically refundable due to client inactivity.

If the client later requests that an abandoned or closed project be resumed, ARIYIS may require a new consultation, updated timeline, and/or additional payment depending on the circumstances.

23. Third-party services

ARIYIS may use or interact with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:

Domain registrars

Hosting providers

Calendar platforms

UPS

Website platforms

Email providers

Payment services

Software providers

Analytics services

ARIYIS does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, security, functionality, policies, or continued operation.

Clients may be required to agree to the third party's own terms and policies.

24. No guarantee of business results

ARIYIS provides design, development, infrastructure, and related services.

ARIYIS does not guarantee:

Revenue, sales or profit

Leads or customers

Website traffic

Search rankings

Social media growth

Business growth

Conversion rates or specific financial results

Any examples, testimonials, statements, or descriptions of potential business benefits should not be interpreted as a guarantee of financial results.

25. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ARIYIS retains ownership of its original concepts, internal processes, templates, systems, reusable components, proprietary methods, and pre-existing materials.

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights specifically agreed upon for the final deliverables created for the client's project.

Third-party assets, fonts, software, plugins, stock imagery, trademarks, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

ARIYIS does not transfer ownership of third-party materials that it does not own.

26. ARIYIS portfolio rights

Unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing before publication, ARIYIS may display completed work in its:

Portfolio

Website

Social media

Marketing materials

Presentations and promotional materials

This is for the purpose of demonstrating ARIYIS's work.

ARIYIS will not intentionally disclose confidential client information merely for portfolio purposes.

Clients who require confidentiality should communicate that requirement before work begins.

27. Confidentiality

ARIYIS will treat reasonable non-public business information provided by a client as confidential and will not intentionally disclose it to unrelated third parties except when necessary to:

Perform agreed services

Comply with law

Protect ARIYIS and its systems

Resolve disputes

Otherwise act as permitted by applicable law

Clients should identify particularly sensitive information and avoid submitting unnecessary confidential information.

28. Client Portal

Clients may receive access to a private Client Portal.

The Client Portal may contain:

Invoices

Consultation notes

Project information

UPS tracking information

Private messages

Project updates

Other client-specific information

The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Clients must immediately notify ARIYIS if they believe their account has been compromised.

Clients may not share their account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

ARIYIS reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, payment, policy, or operational reasons.

29. Private messages & consultation notes

The Client Portal may contain private messages, consultation notes, project information, invoices, tracking information, and other client-specific information.

ARIYIS will take reasonable measures to protect client information within the systems it controls.

However, no digital communication system can be guaranteed to be completely immune from security incidents.

30. Acceptable use

Clients may not use ARIYIS services to create, publish, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

ARIYIS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work that would require participation in unlawful or fraudulent activity.

31. Right to refuse or terminate service

ARIYIS reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate a project where reasonably necessary due to:

Abusive behavior or harassment

Fraudulent or illegal activity

Repeated policy violations

Non-payment

Misrepresentation

Excessive unreasonable demands

Unauthorized use of ARIYIS systems

Conduct that creates a significant safety, legal, financial, or operational concern

If ARIYIS terminates a project, any refund or remaining financial obligations will be handled according to the applicable agreement and applicable law.

32. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARIYIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to services provided by ARIYIS.

This may include losses relating to:

Lost profits, revenue or business opportunities

Lost data or business interruption

Third-party service interruptions

Website downtime

Domain loss or hosting failures

Shipping delays or carrier errors

Security incidents or unauthorized third-party activity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARIYIS's total liability arising from a particular service or project shall not exceed the amount actually paid to ARIYIS for that specific service or project.

These policies apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

33. Force majeure

ARIYIS shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These circumstances may include:

Natural disasters and severe weather

Government actions

Internet or power outages

Cybersecurity incidents

Platform, hosting or registrar failures

Carrier or labor disruptions

Illness and emergencies

Acts of God and other events beyond reasonable control

34. Maintenance cancellation

If a client subscribes to ongoing website maintenance, the applicable maintenance agreement will govern cancellation, billing, and service termination.

Any unpaid amounts accrued before cancellation remain due.

Upon termination of maintenance, ARIYIS may cease providing maintenance services after the applicable service period ends.

35. Domain & third-party renewal fees

Domain registrations, hosting, software subscriptions, premium plugins, licenses, and other third-party services may require recurring fees.

Unless expressly included in the client's service agreement, such third-party fees are the client's responsibility.

When ARIYIS purchases and manages a client's domain, the applicable ARIYIS domain service fee is $100 per year.

ARIYIS will not be responsible for a third-party service being suspended because a required fee was not paid.

36. Taxes & government charges

Prices listed by ARIYIS may not include taxes or government-imposed charges where applicable.

Any applicable taxes or legally required charges may be added to the client's final amount.

37. Policy changes

ARIYIS may update these policies from time to time.

Updated policies will apply to future transactions and projects unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.

The version of the policies applicable to a client's transaction may be preserved through the client's invoice, agreement, or other project documentation.

38. Entire agreement

The applicable invoice, written project agreement, consultation decisions, approved scope of work, and these policies together constitute the understanding between ARIYIS and the client regarding the applicable services, except where a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

If there is a conflict between these general policies and a separately signed written agreement, the specific written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

39. Severability

If any provision of these policies is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

40. No waiver

Failure by ARIYIS to enforce a provision of these policies on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.

41. Governing law

These policies shall be interpreted according to the laws applicable to the jurisdiction governing the applicable transaction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by law.

The parties acknowledge that applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal rights remain applicable.

42. Dispute resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, the parties are encouraged to communicate in good faith and attempt to resolve any dispute directly.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, the parties may mutually agree to mediation before proceeding with litigation.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived or from seeking emergency relief where legally appropriate.

43. Client acknowledgment

Before beginning a project, the client acknowledges that:

A consultation is required.

Prices are fixed and non-negotiable unless otherwise expressly agreed.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

Payments are generally non-refundable.
